Welcome to Optimization & Performance Coaching Camps, where we offer an exclusive opportunity for growth and transformation, with a limit of just four teens per camp, we prioritize a personalized approach that fosters deep connections and meaningful mentorship. 

As a parent who has raised a teenager, I understand firsthand the challenges and complexities of those formative years. That's why I'm passionate about providing teens with the guidance and support they need to navigate this critical stage of life. We believe that every teen deserves a mentor, someone who can inspire, educate, and empower them to reach their full potential. 

For the summer of 2024 we will offer two transformational camps: 1 & 4 Day Elite Athletic Performance Camp and 1 & 4 Day Teen Empowerment Camp. Both camps are crafted to help teens develop the skills they need to succeed in sports and in life. 

Our innovative concept is designed for teenage boys aged 13-18 who are ready to take their athletic performance and personal development to the next level. Drawing on over a decade of experience in neuroscience and performance psychology, I've curated a comprehensive program that combines ancient wisdom with modern science to help teens thrive both on and off the field. 

Our approach goes beyond traditional athletic training. We focus on elite performance principles such as stress management, emotional regulation, and cognitive enhancement. By incorporating techniques like mindfulness, meditation, visualization, priming, breathwork, and cold immersion (optional), we provide teens with a unique advantage that is often overlooked in traditional athletic programs and educational settings. 

In addition to our performance-focused activities, we ensure that fun is at the heart of every camp experience. Your teens will have the option of choosing from five different water disciplines off our Regal Wake Surfing Boat, adding excitement and enjoyment to their journey of growth and learning. 

Our camps, limited to just four participants, ensure a personalized and immersive experience for each teen. From elite performance principles to mindfulness-based strategies, we equip teens with the tools they need to excel in sports and in life. Through a combination of physical training, mental resilience-building, and ethical education, we empower teens to become not just elite athletes, but compassionate, responsible individuals who make a positive impact in the world.

Elite Athletic Performance 1 & 4 Day Camps:

1 Day Camp: $399

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 11-4

4 Day Camp: $1199

Monday Through Thursday 11-4

Includes: 

  • Delicious Nutrient-Dense Lunch and Snacks 

  • Every Day Boat Sessions with 5 Different Disciplines to Choose From: Wakesurfing, Wakeboarding, Wakefoiling, Waterskiing, and Tubing 

  • Unlimited Time in the Pool After the Camp (w/parents supervision)

  • 2 Private 1 on 1 Coaching Sessions (used any time after the camp via phone, Zoom or in person) 

Basic Itinerary : 

  • Athletic Yoga and Zen Stretch 

  • Breathwork / Meditation / Visualization  

  • Primal High-Intensity Interval Training 

  • Cold Immersion 

  • Lunch 

  • Swimming  

  • Optimization and Performance Talks 

  • Group Connection  

  • Boat Activities 

  • Trail Run and Walking Meditation 

 

Teen Empowerment 1 & 4 Day Camps:

About Brian LeFeve Coach/Facilitator

As a multidisciplined elite water athlete and competitive racer, I've dedicated myself to optimizing physical performance through nutrition and functional exercise. With a background in football, baseball, and lifelong hockey experience, I've honed my skills in fueling my body for top-tier results.

For over 25 years, I owned and operated Great Lakes Surf Shop and Great Lakes Kiteboarding School, where I not only provided high-quality equipment but also taught numerous high-end water sports. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in the intricacies of water-based activities, further enhancing my expertise in optimizing athletic performance.

As a Life Coach under esteemed mentors Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes and possessing in-depth knowledge in Nutrition, Functional Exercise, Neuroscience, Psychology, Biohacking, and Philosophy, I blend timeless wisdom with cutting-edge science to empower individuals and teens on their personal development journey.
